Payment
If would like to place an order, a 50% deposit is required.
This is non-refundable.
Proofs
Once we have received your deposit we will prepare proofs and send these to you for approval.
Once we have your agreement and confirmation that everything is correct, we will make a start
on preparing
your order.
It is the client's responsibility to proof read everything we send you.
The remaining 50% balance
will need to be paid before your order is despatched.
We will contact you to let you know when your order
is almost complete.
Postage
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on value.
A signature will be required for all deliveries so please ensure you provide a delivery address where
someone will be available to sign for your order.
Under 100 Items: £5.95
100 - 150 Items: £9.00
Above 150 Item: £12.00
* P&P for Table Plans will be charged for separately: Handmade from £10 and printed from £3.95
Delivery
All orders are usually completed within 21 days from
your order being placed.
We will inform when your order has been completed and despatched.
Llet us know if you are running to a tight
schedule and we will do our best to meet your timescale.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the agreement of your final proof and a full refund will be made.
It is not possible to cancel an order once we have received your deposit and confirmation to start working
on you order. If you wish to cancel once work is underway and materials have all been ordered, we reserve
the right to retain the 50% deposit and any monies spent on the stationery to that point.
If you need to cancel further along the line, we reserve the right to be paid for the work finished and
materials ordered up to that point.
Please send an email in the first instance requesting that your order
be cancelled and also written confirmation to us by post to put an end to any further work.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if you have any cause
for dissatisfaction then please do contact us immediately stating the reasons. Replacements and refunds
are not accepted for any mistakes found in wording or spellings after we have received approval of your
proof and confirmation to start working on your order.
If the mistake was made by us after you approved
your proof we will either offer to replace your order or send you a refund. In the case of a refund we will
require the complete order be returned to us in full first.
