Ordering
Information
Each
collection contains invitations, RSVP cards, place
cards, order of services, table numbers, menus and
also combined table number/menu cards. We
can also offer thank you cards and seating plans
to match your chosen design if required.
If
you would prefer a particular design in an alternative
style to that shown, please just contact us with
your requirement (i.e invitations shown in A6 style
can be made in DL size).
Proofs
& Deposits
We
suggest you order a sample of the design/s you like
before placing an order. A maximum of two samples
can be sent by First Class post for a charge of
£5.00. Please note that samples will not
be personalised.
Please
state the collection name/s of the proofs that you
require.
Once
you have received your sample/s and wish to place
an order, a 'Personalised' proof will be sent free
of charge for your approval.
Once
you have approved your proof and would like to place
an order, a 50% deposit is payable before we begin
work on your order. You can pay by PayPal, Online
Banking to the Fidz Design Account or send a cheque
payable to “Fidz Design” and send to: Fidz
Design, 9 Ensign Way, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 9FP.
An
invoice will be sent via email for PayPal payments
or, if you would prefer via online banking, then
please contact us for the account details.
Postage
& Packaging Charges*
Under 100 Items - £5.95
Between 100 - 150 Items - £9.00
Above 150 - £12.00
Once we have received your 50% deposit, your invitations
will be prepared. The final balance (remaining 50%
plus delivery charges) is due before your wedding
stationery order is dispatched.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Delivery or Special Delivery. A signature will be
required for all deliveries so please ensure you
provide a delivery address where someone will be
available to sign for your wedding stationery.

and packaging for Table Plans will be charged for
separately
Standard
Delivery Times
All
orders can usually be completed within 21 days from
your order being placed. Once your wedding stationery
has been posted please allow 3-5 working days within
mainland UK and up to 14 days for all other destinations.
Please do let us know if you are running to a tight
schedule and we will do our best to meet whatever
timescales you require.
Cancellations
Orders
can be cancelled at anytime prior to the agreement
of final proofs and a full refund will be made.
It is not possible to cancel an order once you have
confirmed approval of the proof and we have started
working on you order.
Refunds
We
fully believe that you will be completely satisfied
with your order. However, if you have any cause
for dissatisfaction please contact us immediately
stating the reasons. Replacements and refunds are
not accepted for any mistakes found in wording or
spellings after we have received your approval of
your proof. If the mistake was made by us after
you approved your proof, we will either offer to
replace your order or send refund. In the case of
a refund we will require the complete order be returned
to us in full first.
